At 603 Garage Apps, we respect your privacy and are committed to being transparent about how your information is handled.

This Privacy Policy explains how RC Garage 2 processes, stores, and handles information when you use the app.

RC Garage 2 is designed to help radio-controlled (RC) vehicle enthusiasts organize their vehicles, track maintenance, and manage their collections.

We designed RC Garage 2 to store information primarily on your device without requiring you to create an account.

1. Information You Provide

RC Garage 2 allows you to enter and manage information about your RC vehicles.

This information may include:

• Vehicle names, manufacturers, models, and descriptions.

• Maintenance records and repair information.

• Parts and upgrades.

• Dates, costs, and runtime information.

• Other vehicle-related information entered or imported into the app.

We use this information within the app to provide its features and functionality.

RC Garage 2 does not automatically transmit your garage records to servers operated by 603 Garage Apps.

2. Data Storage and Backups

RC Garage 2 primarily stores your vehicle information locally on your device using Apple's data storage technologies.

We do not currently operate a cloud database or remote server for storing your garage records.

However, your information may be included in device backups depending on your Apple device settings.

You may also choose to export or share information using Apple's built-in sharing and file management features.

Exported information may be saved to services such as iCloud Drive or other storage providers you select.

Information stored with external providers is subject to their respective privacy policies and practices.

3. Data Collection and Tracking

RC Garage 2 does not currently implement:

• Third-party advertising.

• Advertising tracking.

• Cross-application tracking.

• Third-party analytics SDKs.

• Behavioral profiling for advertising purposes.

The app does not require access to your camera, photo library, contacts, microphone, or location to provide its currently implemented features.

We do not receive your locally stored garage records through the app's normal operation.

Information you voluntarily provide when contacting us for support is handled separately, as explained in Section 7.

4. RC Garage 2 Plus Subscriptions

RC Garage 2 offers an optional auto-renewing subscription called RC Garage 2 Plus.

All subscription purchases are processed through Apple's App Store using Apple's StoreKit technology.

We do not directly collect or store your credit card number or other payment-card information.

The app accesses subscription entitlement information provided by Apple to determine whether you have access to RC Garage 2 Plus features.

Apple manages subscription billing, payment processing, and subscription cancellation.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple account's subscription settings.

5. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information or garage records to advertisers.

RC Garage 2 does not automatically share your locally stored vehicle records with third-party marketing or advertising services.

However, information may be processed by other services when you:

• Purchase or manage a subscription through Apple.

• Back up your device using Apple's backup services.

• Export information to iCloud Drive or another storage provider.

• Share exported information with another person or application.

• Contact us for customer support.

Information you voluntarily share or export is subject to the practices of the recipient or service you select.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Vehicle information remains in the app's local storage until it is deleted through available app functionality or removed through applicable device-management actions.

RC Garage 2 includes functionality for deleting individual vehicle records.

However, deleting a vehicle may not immediately remove every copy of its information.

For example:

• Previously exported files may remain in their selected storage locations.

• Device backups may retain earlier copies.

• Temporary files created during imports or exports may remain temporarily.

• Subscription records are managed separately by Apple.

Removing the app may delete its locally stored application data, subject to Apple's device storage and backup behavior.

If you would like to request deletion of information previously provided directly to us through customer support, please contact us using the information in Section 13.

7. Customer Support Communications

If you contact us for assistance, we may receive information you voluntarily provide.

This may include your email address, name, support request, and any additional information you choose to share.

We use this information to respond to questions, troubleshoot problems, and provide customer support.

Support communications are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide assistance, maintain relevant support records, or meet applicable legal obligations.

We do not sell customer support information to advertisers.

8. Analytics and App Store Reporting

We may use Apple's App Store Connect services to review application performance, subscription activity, sales information, and analytics or diagnostic reports made available by Apple.

Such information is handled through Apple's reporting systems and is subject to Apple's applicable privacy practices.

RC Garage 2 does not currently include a separate third-party analytics service.

9. Data Security

We take reasonable steps to minimize unnecessary access to user information.

RC Garage 2 primarily relies on Apple's device storage and operating system security features.

We do not currently operate a developer-managed server that stores users' garage records.

However, no electronic storage system or method of data transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

We encourage users to take appropriate precautions when exporting or sharing files containing information they wish to keep private.

10. Children's Privacy

RC Garage 2 is intended for RC vehicle enthusiasts.

The app does not require account registration and does not knowingly collect personal information from children through a developer-operated backend.

If you believe a child has provided personal information directly to us through customer support, please contact us so we can review the request and take appropriate action.

11. Third-Party Services

RC Garage 2 uses certain Apple technologies and services, including:

• Apple StoreKit for subscriptions.

• Apple's device storage technologies.

• Apple's file import and export interfaces.

• Apple system backup services, depending on device settings.

When users choose external storage providers or sharing destinations, those services may process information according to their own privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the independent privacy practices of third-party services selected by users.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to RC Garage 2, its features, applicable requirements, or information-handling practices.

When changes are made, we will update the effective date at the top of this policy.

We encourage users to review this policy periodically.
